Cleveland Cavaliers : 79 : : Philadelphia 76ers : 94 — November 8, 2013
Those were some hard-earned boos for Andrew Bynum, which was probably the most work the Cavaliers put into this game. That’s sad considering all he had to do last night to get booed was exist (I think it had something to with last year or something like that). The Cavs gave up nearly 48% from the field to the Sixers (while having more success from outside than inside the arc themselves, 33.3% to 34.6%), which fits with the 48-28 Philly advantage in the paint. Some of the stat lines might wow you (in good and bad ways), but this game has always been, and will always be, about putting in work. Perhaps Cleveland just got some bad advice along the way.
